GE Chest Freezer 5CU (Stevens Point)

this is a 2001 General Electric 5 cu ft chest freezer which was working when we unplugged it last November.
However when we plugged it in this past week it cools down but does not freeze.
I do not know how to fix it but perhaps you do.
It is free to anyone who will come and pick it up.
