*Where you'll work:*
Our Rothschild, WI location is part of our Applied Health and Nutrition division and is responsible for our biopharmaceutical needs for Kerry customers and brands.
This site is one of two that works with specialized lactose protein within the Kerry organization! People may not realize we're more than just great taste when it comes to food and beverage products - we truly are committed to nutrition and sciences as well!
Pay Rate/Hourly Rate: $24.
77/hr +.
65 night shift differential
Shift/Working Hours: 5:45pm-6:00am
*About the Role*
Under the direction of the Production Supervisor, this position is responsible to efficiently dry and package lactose products on the Anhydrous Dryer.
*Key Responsibilities*
The essential functions of this job include, but are not limited to:
· Responsible for the efficient operation and monitoring of the Anhydrous Dryer.
· Adjusts dryer as needed to ensure product uniformity, maximum dryer rates and standards throughout the dryer run.
· Takes appropriate action whenever the raw material or finished product does not meet the Kerry standard for color, texture, smell or foreign material.
· Assisting the packager in preparing bags, room cleaning, bag staging, warehousing production, scale checks, and taking and submitting samples to the Lab.

· Performs assigned data entry, record keeping and process monitoring functions according to established procedures in an accurate and timely manner.
· Initiates the CIP process on dryer feed tanks, circuits and dryers - hand cleans valves, tubs, jumpers and related equipment per Kerry Master Sanitation Schedules, SQF, SOPs and Regulatory requirements
· Reports and records all deviations from specified operating parameters and “critical control points,” as established by HACCP and Kerry procedures.
· Complying with all safety and work rules and regulations, and departmental housekeeping standards.
· Seek involvement in continuous improvement activities and processes to support organizational progress on safety, quality, customer service and cost goals
· Provide break relief to other employees as needed
· Regular and punctual attendance and physical presence in the workplace.
· Timely and accurate completion of duties.

· This position requires a high school diploma, or GED.
· Previous Manufacturing a plus.
