Head Housekeeper

Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage the housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness throughout the facility - Train and supervise housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support as needed - Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations - Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper storage and maintenance - Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner - Maintain records and prepare reports on housekeeping activities.
