Coordinate and manage all bookings, handling reservations, cancellations, and special requests

Clean and maintain guest rooms, adhering to the highest housekeeping and sanitation standards for guest satisfaction
*Additional Responsibilities:*
* Implement strategic plans for business growth and optimal guest satisfaction
* Manage inventory and vendor relationships to ensure adequate supplies
* Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost savings
* Analyze guest feedback and reviews, implementing changes as needed to improve satisfaction and loyalty
* Act as the hotel's ambassador, forging strong relationships with key stakeholders and the local community
* Continually seek ways to enhance the guest experience, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations
*Schedule:*
The Hotel Manager will operate on a hybrid schedule, primarily working from Friday to Sunday, with one weekend off per month.
The working hours will range between 9AM and 8PM, with the majority of these hours designated as "on-call" remote work.
On-site presence is necessary for carrying out cleaning duties and for 2 hours during the guest check-in window.
*Basic Qualifications:*
* Excellent communication both written and verbal
* Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
* A customer-centric mindset, with a genuine interest in understanding and meeting guest needs
* Knowledge of local attractions, events, and amenities to provide personalized recommendations for guests
* Tech savviness and ability to utilize online booking and management tools
* Ability to work independently
* Experience in conflict resolution and handling guest complaints professionally and effectively
*Preferred Qualifications:*
* Experience as hotel manager or in hospitality
* Understanding of financial management, budgeting, and revenue generation
