Front Desk Receptionist

Our work environment includes: * Modern office setting * Relaxed atmosphere * Innovation Front Desk Receptionist Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome patients, clients, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary - Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar - Maintain patient records and update information as needed - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Provide administrative support to the office staff as needed - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Skills: - Experience working in office setting is preferred - Strong clerical skills, including typing and data entry - Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail - Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and fax machines - Knowledge of administrative procedures and basic accounting principles - Ability to transcribe information accurately and efficiently - Strong organizational skills to manage appointments and records effectively If you are a motivated individual with excellent organizational skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
