Fly Fishing Info ???? (Tomahawk)

I am looking to get into fly fishing, need some advice on equipment, lots of changes since the last time I checked into fly fishing.
I would like to fish northern Pike, bass, both large and small mouth.
and panfish.
I do have a small boat that I am planning on fishing out of.
If you are into this sort of fishing and wouldn't mind sharing some tips and tricks and what equipment to check out and what to avoid.
Any help or suggestions would be great.
