Responsibilities: - review of police reports to determine if criminal charges are warranted - represent the State in legal proceedings - able to work under pressure - collaborate with colleagues on complex legal matters Qualifications: - Juris Doctor (J.
D.
) degree from an accredited law school - Admitted to practice law in Wisconsin - Strong legal research and writing skills - Demonstrated ability to work effectively with others including colleagues, witnesses, court personnel, law enforcement and the public - Integrity, professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality - Excellent oral communication skills - Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
