Facilities Manager

Menzner Hardwoods Co.
is seeking a full-time Facilities Manager for our Marathon and Wausau, Wisconsin locations to oversee the company’s grounds, buildings and equipment.
This position will report to the Director of Operations.
*Job Description:* The successful candidate will have the skills and knowledge to perform many maintenance, safety and management tasks that promote a clean and safe working environment for the building’s employees.
*Qualifications and Competencies:* · Ability to monitor the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas such as offices, conference rooms, parking lots and outdoor recreation spaces.
· Will perform routine maintenance on all facilities and make repairs as needed · Schedule routine inspections and emergency repairs with outside vendors · Ensure proper security measures for the workplace including collaborating with security system vendors or a team of security professionals · Prepare facilities for changing weather conditions including snow and ice removal · Ability to use equipment for lawn care · Collaborate with building owners and upper management on budgeting for facilities needs · Ability to identify and resolve areas needing improvement All benefits are available on the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment, along with the 401(k)-retirement plan, which has a company match.
Vacation accrual starts on your first day and can be used after 30 days of employment.

*New hires are eligible for a $2,500 Sign on Bonus.
