Job Title: Office Manager
Location: 2110 Jefferson St Wisconsin Rapids, WI 54495
Hours: 7am to 3:30pm
We are looking for an Office Manager.
The Office Manager performs a variety of office tasks to support office operations and to maximize branch revenue and profitability.
This position works in conjunction with Operational Leadership to ensure timely and accurate contract compliance, rate set-up, purchase order management, billing and other construction costs.

Responsibilities
• Performs Job Revenue/Cost Reviews & Tracking (complete & accurate billing)
• Works on Process improvements and standardization
• Submits certificates of Insurance and OCIP customer requests
• Performs Job Cost review duties, including creating and closing Job numbers, ensuring accuracy of data
• Participates in Job Cost reviews and Month Closing Accounting process, ensuring all Customers are Billed
• Supports the submission of Revenue Accruals at month end
• Admin duties at the Office
• Processes new hire packages, I9 tracking, sets up drug testing.
• Manages and supports local biller
• Assist Region Controller with Audit requests
• Assist Region Controller with Month end Close
• Perform billing functions as needed
• Oversee direct reports as they related to billing, payroll, accounts receivable, and payables.
Qualifications
• High School degree, or GED equivalent, required.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred
• Requires 1 to 3 years of office management experience.
• Construction Industry / Job Cost experience preferred.
• Requires excellent oral and written communication, skills to effectively communicate with employees, customers, and personnel at other branch offices and Corporate.
• Requires ability to process complex time sensitive data and information from multiple sources.
• Strong understanding and knowledge of word and excel, and Business-related operations software is preferred.
• Strong leadership abilities to inspire and coach employees to accomplish strategic goals and related tasks is preferred.
• Understanding and knowledge of Union labor agreements
