Job Overview:
New Restaurant, Brewery, and Tiki bar in Eagle River WI offering excellent food, great in house brews, and one of the largest whiskey/bourbon selections in Northern Wisconsin.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our operations.
The General Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the business, including financial performance, customer satisfaction, and employee development.
This is a key leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of success in a similar role.
Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Manage day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management
- Ensure exceptional customer service by maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost control measures to maximize profitability
- Foster a positive work environment by providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to employees
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement best practices to drive business growth
- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and ensure a safe working environment
Experience:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of business operations, financial management, and customer service principles
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
