Maintenance Lead

*Maintenance Lead * *General Description/Responsibilities:* Lead Maintenance position with oversight of entire maintenance staff.
This position will report to the *Operations Manager*.
The position will be responsible for * Keeping production lines up and running in a safe and efficient manner.
* Maintenance and upkeep of all equipment, buildings and grounds.
* Overseeing maintenance software (MVP) to schedule Preventative Maintenance tasks in an accurate and timely manner.
Creating Purchase Orders for Equipment Parts.
* Managing Inventory and ordering parts for equipment and miscellaneous brewery supplies as needed.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the maintenance shop.
* Working with various contractors for project work done throughout the brewery.
* Lead projects that improve efficiencies or enhance safety of processes within Brewery.
* Other Tasks as assigned by Manager *Qualifications:* The person filling this position must: * Have skills necessary to start up, adjust, and run mechanical equipment * Have the ability to communicate and work with employees, management and outside contractors/vendors * Basic Computer Skills * Have the ability to learn the operations of the brewery and packaging line * Work safely and efficiently with attention to details * Must be available for overtime and weekend work * Be willing to continually improve skills and knowledge of the entire brewery process * Be able to climb ladders and stairs * Lift up to 75 pounds (~30 pounds routinely) * Willingness to learn, continue to improve and have sense of urgency *Desired Skill Sets* * Welding * Electrical / Mechanical * Plumbing * Pnuematics * Hydraulics * PLC * Refrigeration * Ability to Read Electrical Prints Job Type: Full-time Pay: $27.
