Golden Harvest Market in Rhinelander WI, is currently looking for a full-time motivate, organized leader for our Meat Department.
The potential candidate must be someone that has a high attention to detail, trains and motivates team members to achieve company results and has a positive attitude.
Responsibilities Include: Ordering, stocking, daily inventory management, meat cutting, training, cleaning and driving overall sales to meet the company's objectives and much, much more!

Qualifications must include:
-At least 2 years of supervisory experience, preferabley in a grocery store setting at a Meat Counter(will train the right individual)
-Customer Service experience
-Prior experience with food handling
-Ability to successfully lead, coach, train, develop and motivate a team
-Strong understanding of department financials and the ability to manage budgets to meet financial goals
-Ability to work a variety of rotating shifts during normal business hours, including, days, evenings, weekends and holidays
-Be able to be on your feet for extended periods of time
-Capable of lifting 25-50lbs on a regular basis
-A good understanding of Natural and Organic Food/products is highly desirable
