So, you have a knack for being extremely organized and like variety? Accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll duties are nothing short of sweet music to your ears? Facilitating property management needs sounds endearing? A little administrative work here and there is easy-peasy, lemon-squeezy to you? You like answering phones, talking with occasional walk-in customers, and heck, you even love the idea of running errands now and then?
Well, then, let’s talk!
We have:
*A little bit of accounting…*
• Bi-weekly payroll to be processed in an accurate and timely manner
• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable work to be done on a weekly basis
• Month end financial statements that need to be compiled, reviewed for accuracy and generated for distribution to our leadership team
• Credit card statements that are reconciled monthly
• Other accounting duties as needed
*A little bit of property management…*
• Lease agreements that need to be understood and managed properly
• Fill storage unit and apartment vacancies and execute/manage leased units
• Collection of tenant rents to be collected and deposited timely
• Working with our maintenance person who helps with check-in’s and check-out’s
• The occasional need to terminate leases and initiate eviction proceedings
• Financial reports that need to be generated for rental property owners
• Other property management duties as needed
*A little bit of office administration…*
• Internal employee communication touches to keep everyone up-to-date
• New employee on-boarding to be facilitated and documented
• Annual benefits packets to be distributed during open enrollment periods
• Potential worker’s compensation claim documentation and filings
• Procuring office supplies as needed
• Front office and general administrative activities to be completed on a daily basis
• Other office management duties as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.
00 - $70,000.
