We are seeking a Field Project Supervisor to maintain a high degree of knowledge in equipment and specifications related to the design, mapping, and engineering of fiber optic communications systems.

Responsibilities
Monitor field and permit deliverables quality and compliance with job specifications.
Ensures teams work together to deliver quality work to strict deadlines.
Ensures adherence to and demonstrates a sound understanding of safety best practices and Permit regulations.
Reconciles work production tasks as they relate to invoicing and approve as required.
Provides leadership and guidance to develop their team members skills and abilities.
Manages Internal personnel, subcontractors, and or vendors.
Meet regularly with key personnel to ensure that stated goals and objectives are being met.
Review and approve employee timesheets and PTO requests.
Conducts quality assurance inspections during and after completion of work to ensure compliance to customer specific requirements
Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
3+ years’ experience in make ready, permit submissions, and Rights of Way.
Prior supervisory experience in a related industry preferred.
Technically proficient in the identification, creation, and submission of permits for utility placement.
Knowledge of pole sticking and DOT permitting required.
Intermediate knowledge and experience with telecommunications outside plant engineering and construction specifications and methods of placement.
Working knowledge of Utility Pole wind Loading applications such as OCALC, SpidaCalc, Quick Pole, etc.
Ability to read and understand telecommunications network drawings, standards, and procedures.
Proficient with MS Office products to include Word, Excel and Outlook.
Must be highly responsible and self-motivated.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Shift is full-time Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm CST.
Must be flexible, and willing and able to work outside normal business hours as necessary.
