1927 Gold plated Conn “Chu” Tenor Sax - $2,495 (Woodruff)

For sale: Amazing Conn gold plated, tenor sax from 1927.
The neck is not original, it comes from a Conn tenor from the 1930s and was purchased from Saxquest.
The original E flat palm key was missing when I purchased the saxophone.
Heid music out of Appleton replaced the key with an identical model, but it is not gold plated.
Heid music swedged the lower stack and the Saxophone.
The sax has a newer set of pads.
The mouthpiece is from that era and is an original Conn (in amazing shape).
The saxophone plays incredibly well, and has very few dings and dents.
The left pinky G sharp key has a modification that extends over the rest of the pinky stack in order to play G sharp with any of the pinky keys.
Heid music took out a dent below the thumb rest, and if memory serves me correctly that was it.
 Comes with a beautiful, modern case.
I will not ship the Saxophone.
I will only meet with someone within the walls of the Minocqua Police Department.
