*Hours: *Our business needs require the store associate to be available to work at least *15-20 hours per week* for a variety of shifts:
* Weekdays
* Weekends
* Some opening and closing shifts

Base pay begins at *$12.
00hr* based on experience + *bonuses*, *commissions*, and an end of the year bonus!
(This means you can *earn more than $14/hr+ *starting out!)

*Responsibilities:*
* Greet and direct customers
* Provide accurate and up-to-date information (e.
g.
product features, pricing and after-sales services)
* Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
* Cross-sell products
* Ensure shelves are fully stocked
* Manage returns of merchandise
* Inform customers about discounts and special offers
* Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
* Stay up-to-date with new products/services
* Make sure the store is clean and presentable
*Skills:*
* Retail/Sales experience
* Knowledge or experience with CBD, Delta, and Nicotine products preferred
* Knowledge of inventory and/or stocking procedures
* Basic math skills
* Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
* Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
* Flexibility to work various shifts
* High school diploma
