Customer Service/Order Entry Representative

Job Summary As a Customer Service Representative you are the first point of contact for any customer that has questions or issues with our products or service.
Assist and act as a liaison, providing product/service information, promoting new products, generating sales by check with past customers, answer questions, and resolve problems with customer accounts.
Primary responsibilities * Manage incoming phone calls * Customer order entry into system for processing * Enter information into spreadsheets or other databases.
* Excellent customer service and office administrative skills * Generate sales leads * Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction * Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication * Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools * Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution * Other duties as assigned *Requirements and skills* * Proven customer support experience or experience as a Customer Service Representative * Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening * Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Hours: M-F 8am-4:30pm Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $16.
