Solutions Specialist

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases - Utilize effective selling techniques to promote and sell products - Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise and arranging displays - Demonstrate product knowledge and educate customers on features and benefits - Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise - Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner Skills: - Strong sales skills with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets - Experience with cash handling and operating a cash register - Knowledge of jewelry, electronics, or wireless products is a plus - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Previous experience in retail sales is preferred - Strong organizational skills to maintain a tidy sales floor and manage inventory Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
