*Hours: *Our business needs require the store associate to be available to work a variety of shifts: * Weekdays * Weekends * Some opening and closing shifts We offer a *supportive *atmosphere and encourage employees to bring their best selves.
Base pay begins at *$12.
00hr* based on experience + *bonuses*, *commissions*, and an end of the year bonus! (This means you can *earn more than $15/hr+ *starting out!) It gets better.
At the end of the year, we _match _your commission on qualifying sales.

product features, pricing and after-sales services) * Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services * Cross-sell products * Ensure shelves are fully stocked * Manage returns of merchandise * Inform customers about discounts and special offers * Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager * Stay up-to-date with new products/services * Make sure the store is clean and presentable *Skills* * Retail/Sales experience preferred * Customer Service * Familiarity with point-of-sale software * Knowledge of inventory and/or stocking procedures * Basic math and cash counting skills * Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships * Ability to perform in fast-paced environments * Flexibility to work various shifts * High school diploma Job Type: Part-time Pay: $12.
