If so, we have the CAREER for you! Rapids Ford is currently looking for a Parts Specialist to come aboard and grow with our rapidly expanding dealership! We are looking for a high energy, outgoing applicant who is receptive to new ideas and concepts.
Previous automotive parts/service experience is PREFERRED, BUT NOT REQUIRED.
* Accurately price parts and accessories using the proper pricing source and transfer the information to the proper document & computer system
* Obtain the correct parts and accessories for both the technician and the retail guest
* Promptly meet and assist both the technician and the retail guest
* Ability to work with limited supervision
* Must be able to multitask and work in fast paced environment
* Exceptional customer service skills and follow up are required
*Qualifications*
* Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
* Outgoing and friendly personality
* Quality customer service skills and sales track record
* Strong interpersonal and communications skills one-on-one and over the phone
* Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process
* Proficient in basic business math including percentages
* Capable of learning and using basic Microsoft Office, accounting software, and proprietary programs
* Persistent, competitive and good work ethic
* Focuses on the customer’s needs to enhance dealership and personal sales
