**Position Overview:**
As a Parts Counter Advisor, you will be an integral part of our dealership's parts department, serving as the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive parts and accessories.
You will utilize your expertise to assist customers in identifying and selecting the right parts for their vehicles, while delivering exceptional service and support throughout the purchasing process.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, both in-person and over the phone.
- Listen to customers' needs and provide knowledgeable guidance and recommendations on automotive parts and accessories.
- Accurately identify and locate parts using electronic catalog systems and other resources.
- Process parts orders, including selecting, packaging, and invoicing parts for customer pickup or shipment.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, such as receiving and stocking parts, conducting cycle counts, and maintaining organized storage areas.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with service advisors, technicians, and other team members to fulfill parts requests and support service operations.
- Stay informed about new products, promotions, and industry trends to better serve customers and drive sales.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in automotive parts sales or a related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories, including familiarity with different makes and models of vehicles.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including experience with parts catalog software and inventory management systems.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
