You have complete access to the house except for the other bedrooms.
There is plenty of parking in the driveway, an additional drive pad for 1 vehicle, and parking in alley behind garage.
The LR has a large screen TV connected to TDS.
The kitchen is separated by an island to the DR.
The kitchen has a refrigerator, a stove, a dishwasher, a microwave, a pizza oven, and Cuisinart convection oven/air fryer/toaster.
The shingles were replaced on the roof in August along with new gutters.
All wood floors were refinished in Aug/Sep 2020.
First and last months rent required to move in.
The price includes a private bedroom, shared use of the bathrooms, TDS cable and high speed internet (WIFI), heat, electric, water, sewer, and garbage.
You are responsible for all of your consumables, your food, your laundry, bathroom, and bedroom supplies.
The house provides common items like toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags.
There is very limited storage available in the basement and garage.
Bedrooms are fully furnished with bed, dresser, TV and a closet.
Linens and towels can be provided if needed for short term renters.
You are expected to clean up after yourselves.
Once a month, you

I have a brand new snow blower and a used lawnmower in working condition.
Front and back doors currently have Wi-Fi enabled 4 digit combination door locks.
Your personal code will get you in the front and back doors.
Eventually all bedrooms will also have one of these locks, and your personal code will be used for your bedroom door also.
