This is a town house-style duplex with a big private backyard with a garden if you want in a residential neighborhood next to the Hospital and UWSP.
The duplex has gone through major upgrades in floor plans, windows, and insulation.
The siding is going to be done next year.
Shared utilities will be 1/3 .
2 Bathrooms.
Clothes Washer and Dryer.
Large Master Bedroom (12' x 15' with two 6' closets).
The current roommate got a promotion.
Prefer under 35 and no big out-of-control parties at home.
Friends and family are always great, just not people whom no one knows and who do not respect the other roommates' peace.
The police station (old MSTC building) is across the street so security is great and the city pool is there too.
