I have a bedroom for rent in a 1700 sq ft home with access to whole house.
The room can be furnished or not.
I'm looking for a responsible person who will pay there rent on time, and will maintain shoveling, and house cleaning.
Additional yard work could be work out towards rent if interested.
I travel a lot for my job, and will probably be around only about 80% of the time, so you would have the house pretty much to yourself most of the time.
Rent would be $700.
00 per month, and $500 refundable deposit which would include all utilities.
