We are seeking a Supervisor of Clinic Nurses for the Illinois Ave Clinic at Aspirus Stevens Point Hospital in Stevens Point, WI.
Supervises operations and activities including but not limited to Health Information Management (HIM), reception, transcription, coding, etc.
Implements and coordinates quality, customer service, and infection control services under the authority of the Regional Clinic Administrator and has indirect reporting to the Clinical Operations Manager.
Hours: Full Time or 1.
0 FTE, 80 hours every 2 weeks.
Day shift, Monday - Friday.
Experience/Qualifications
Knowledge of fiscal management and human resource management practices acquired through completion of an Associate Degree in Health or Business Administration.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Knowledge of organization policies and procedures as well as health care administration principles.
Ability to apply policies and principles to solve everyday problems and deal with a variety of situations.
Knowledge of computer systems and applications.
Possesses good written and verbal communication, ability to prioritize and coordinate work activities, ability to identify problems and recommend solutions and exercises initiative, problem solving and decision-making.
Skill in gathering, analyzing and interpreting information.
Ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and the public.
