Welder

Responsibilities: - Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding specifications - Set up and operate welding equipment, including MIG, TIG, and stick welders - Weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions - Inspect welds for accuracy and quality - Use hand tools and measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers - Perform basic math calculations to measure materials and determine welding dimensions - Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment Qualifications: - Proven experience as a welder or similar role - Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting welding specifications - Familiarity with a variety of welding techniques, including FCAW and stick welding - Ability to use hand tools and measuring instruments accurately - Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality welds - Basic math skills for measuring materials and calculating dimensions - Knowledge of ductwork fabrication is a plus - Ability to operate a crane is a plus We offer competitive pay rates based on experience and skill level.
