Dock & Lift Crew Member

If so, *Pelican Piers *has an exciting opportunity for you to join our team! *Job title*: Dock & lift crew member -Full time and part time available immediately! As a crew member, you will be responsible for assisting in the installation and removal, maintenance, and repair of docks and lifts on various waterfront properties.
Your main objective will be to ensure our customers’ docks are safe, functional, and ready for use.
*Pay*: competitive wages based on experience *Responsibilities*_:_ - Assist in the installation and removal of docks and lifts at residential and commercial properties.
- Use hand and power tools to assemble and secure docks and lifts according to manufacturer instructions.
- Inspect and maintain existing docks and lifts for any damage or necessary repairs.
- Troubleshoot and problem solve any issues that may arise during installation or maintenance.
- Load and unload equipment and supplies from trucks and trailers.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean and organized.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures at all times.
*Qualifications*: - High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in dock or marine construction preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in outdoor and waterfront environments, with varying weather conditions.
- Proficient with hand and power tools and able to lift at least 75lbs.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Attention to detail and ability to problem solve.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
