Typical Schedule:
6:00am-2:30pm Monday through Friday

WHAT YOU’LL DO:*
* Implement processes for new part production including paint programs, work instructions, procurement of tooling and supplies
* Continuous Improvement leader including leading Kaizen events and leading world class quality initiatives
* Implement process improvements and coordinate audits for sustainment
* Analyze manufacturing processes and performance through use of advanced software to drive improvements
* Lead efforts to reduce cost through automation and technology advancements
* Develop strong relationships with key plant personnel to drive improvements
* Trouble shoot and resolve technical problems as needed
* Collaborate with vendors to develop processes that meet customer technical specifications
*WHAT YOU BRING:*
* Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
* Experience and/or Training: 3D modelling software, ERP software, Experience with improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma, Statistical Process Control, FMEA, etc)
* Preferred: Experience and/or Training: 2 years paint and/or manufacturing engineering experience
