$2,250 Seasonal campsite in rome, wi - 2 lakes walkable, beach club (Rome, lake Sherwood, lake camelot)

I am prepping for seasonal campsite in Rome.
Walk to your private beach club on lake Sherwood where you can put in dock/lift to store a boat.
Or walk to lake camelot lodge where you can have a drink at the bar, listen to bands, use playground and beach.
Best of 2 lakes.
I need to have rv pad added and electric hooked up and municipal water.
You will only need a transfer tank for septic.
I am thinking $2,250 for the season plus utilities, but willing to discuss.
