16' Camper awning and hot water heater (Antigo)

Recently purchased a 2014 model camper that I would like to replace a couple of the damaged components with good used ones.
It has a 16' carefree brand scissors out electric awning with one arm assembly bent and the awning material cut out.
Parts and pieces to repair what I have would be great or a complete unit.
Also need a 6 gallon hot water heater as this one froze up and split the tank.
