*Job Description: *As a customer service representative, you'll engage with customers, answering their inquiries and discussing tailored product offerings that suit their unique requirements.
You'll have the opportunity to coordinate prospecting efforts, handle insurance reviews, and manage crucial administrative tasks that drive our success.

*Position Requirements:*
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Preferred: Two years of customer service experience.
* Computer literate
* Preferred: Possession of Property and Casualty insurance licensing (required after starting employment).
If you’re not currently licensed, you must be willing to obtain your license.
The cost of obtaining the license is covered by the agency.
