Customer Service and Ordering Representative

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner - Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues with empathy and patience - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Maintain accurate customer records by updating account information and notes - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate - Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery Experience: - Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products or services - Proficient in data entry and computer skills - Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus - Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication We offer competitive pay, comprehensive training, and opportunities for career advancement.
