Truck Dispatcher

*Salary: Commensurate upon experience* Location: Marathon, WI *Dispatcher Responsibilities:* · Coordinate with Customer Service Reps to get work orders.
· Set load appointments with customers.
· Respond to emails.
· Enter loads into TMS system.
· Dispatch loads with company drivers · Follow Up with drivers on load times.
· Maintain contact with drivers throughout shift.
· Address all routing issues.
· Update customers on status of load deliveries including delays that occur.
· Answer driver phone calls · Any other duties as assigned.
*Dispatcher* *Qualifications/Education:* · High School diploma or GED preferred.
· Proven experience as dispatcher or relevant experience required.
· Tech-savvy with knowledge of relevant methods · Must have computer aptitude at an intermediate level.
· Ability to concentrate for extended periods of time and multi-task.
· Proficient in English (Oral and written) · Sound Judgement and critical thinking skills.
