_We have a new client coming into our Contact Center and we need customer service representatives who want to be a part of this exciting opportunity!_
*WHAT WILL YOU DO?*
Assist our customers by providing support both verbally and through written correspondence.
You will handle customer inquiries such as tracking their package, insuring exchanges and refunds, answer product related questions, and resolve complaints.
Additional duties may include creating craft models for our product development department, plus additional miscellaneous assignments.
*ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:*
* Ability to manage a large volume of inbound customer calls and other assigned duties timely and effectively
* Consistently provide our customers with a welcoming, friendly greeting in a clear speaking voice; paying specific attention to customer concerns and questions
* Identify customer needs, verify information, research issues and provide solutions and/or alternatives that build customer relationships
* Identify opportunities to upsell product and promotions
* Document customer calls as directed by department policy
* Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
*QUALIFICATIONS:*
* Sound ability to navigate multiple websites while on calls
* Excellent keyboard skills-accuracy and efficiency a must
* Attention to details, providing resolution to customers inquires
* Exceptional ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
* Ability to work well in a team environment and individually
* Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
* Sound decision making skills
* Excellent attendance and punctuality
*REQUIREMENTS:*
* Successfully complete a background check
* Must be 18 years of age or older
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $26,000.
