The Chad Swanson Agency, LLC with American Family Insurance, is seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
If you thrive on helping others and enjoy flexibility, we want you on our team! Key Responsibilities: As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the friendly face of our agency.
Your responsibilities will include answering phones, billing inquiries, and payments, coordinating prospecting activities, cross-selling, and setting personalized insurance reviews.
You'll also handle tasks such as entering leads, claims follow-up, and other tasks as needed to support the agent.
We also have two locations, one in Rhinelander and one in Crandon.
In this role, you could float between the two offices.

Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Two years of customer service experience is preferred, but we value individuals with a positive attitude and a commitment to exceptional service.
Preferred: Possession of Property and Casualty insurance licensing (required after starting employment).
If you’re not currently licensed, you must be willing to obtain your license.
The cost of obtaining the license is reimbursed by the agency.
