Member Service Specialist

Description: Park City Credit Union is currently seeking Member Service Specialists that are self-motivated, member service driven and goal oriented to join our team! The primary focus is to assist our members with their personal financial needs over the telephone while cross-selling our financial products and services.
The employee must maintain corporate professional standard levels while interacting with our members, and providing them with a high degree of accurate services in accordance with our credit union policies and procedures.
Requires experience to cross-sell Credit Union products and services to meet members needs, logging attempts appropriately and in a timely manner.
Will be responsible for researching and solving member questions and/or inquiries.
Maintain good member relations by effectively listening, empathizing and communicating answers to our member’s questions.
This includes follow up calls to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements: At least 1 year of previous call center and sales experience required; experience within a financial institution is preferred.
Must be able to cross-sell products and services; multi-task and prioritize work in a fast paced work environment; be self motivated and reliable to complete assigned tasks; and provide excellent member service over the phone.
