```As a Customer Support Specialist, your role involves a range of responsibilities to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience from quotation to shipment of ergonomic office furniture purchases.
*Responsibilities*
This Customer Support function emphasizes account management and is responsible for addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
It ensures clear and effective communication between our company and manufacturing representatives, dealers, and end-users.
This includes efficiently navigating and using the ERP business software system and MS Office software for order processing and customer information management.
*Job Duties*
With our extensive variety of ergonomic product, furniture product and manufacturing processes, a Customer Support Specialist performs many varied job duties.
These include, but are not limited to:
· Telephone communication and email correspondence addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally
· Quotation and Sales Order processing within ERP business software system
· MS Office software for various tasks, such as creating reports, spreadsheets, and maintaining communication records
· Coordinating with relevant teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, deliveries, product quality and customer satisfaction
· Processing of customer returns, replacement orders and shipment freight claims
· Scanning & Filing
*Qualifications*
· Excellent verbal/written communication skills, attention to detail and effective time management skills
· Strong inter-personal skills for both customer and co-worker communications
· Experience with ERP systems and database management
· Must demonstrate high skill level with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
)
· Office design or furniture experience is definitely preferred
· Inside Sales experience is a plus
Pay based on experience and skill set.
Wage range: $16-$19
Full time position: Monday–Friday, Hours: 8-4:30
