Are you looking to grow your financial career? CoVantage Credit Union is seeking a full time Card Services Specialist to assist the team in providing excellent service to members! This individual would be responsible for servicing credit union issued credit and debit cards and carry out a wide variety of transactions related to credit union issued cards.
As a CoVantage team member, you’ll receive a 401k employer match of up to 200%, a bonus of annual salary up to 4%, a generous employer HSA contribution, and paid time off for community service.
Job Duties Answer member calls and handle requests in a timely, professional manner Reconcile card activity to financial records of the credit union on a regular basis researching unreconciled items and clearing them to the satisfaction of the Vice President Accounting Work with card processing vendors, ensure card creation, activation, expiration, and capture Carry out responses to card data breaches in accordance with industry and credit union practices.
Monitor posting, provide research of transactions, processes dispute paperwork, and clears transaction posting exceptions Work as scheduled, including participating in the Saturday rotation, to provide consistent service to the membership *After a training period, this position has the potential to work from any location which has space available.
