This individual would be responsible for servicing credit union issued credit and debit cards and carry out a wide variety of transactions related to credit union issued cards.

Job Duties
Answer member calls and handle requests in a timely, professional manner
Reconcile card activity to financial records of the credit union on a regular basis researching unreconciled items and clearing them to the satisfaction of the Vice President Accounting
Work with card processing vendors, ensure card creation, activation, expiration, and capture
Carry out responses to card data breaches in accordance with industry and credit union practices.
Monitor posting, provide research of transactions, processes dispute paperwork, and clears transaction posting exceptions
Work as scheduled, including participating in the Saturday rotation, to provide consistent service to the membership

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows programs
Professional financial experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills and proficient typing skills
Able to independently organize and prioritize work accurately under moderate to severe time constraints
