This role is responsible for providing front line service to promote a positive customer experience while responding to telephone inquiries from members, provider office staff, agents/brokers and employers.
This full-time position is located at our new headquarters in Stevens Point, WI.

Qualifications
Education
Required
High School or better.
Experience
Required
2 years: Customer Service
Preferred
Insurance or inbound call center experience
