Responsibilities:
Model Yach's Body Custom's company mission and core values to create an "unsurpassed repair experience" for our customers.
Greet all customers and visitors promptly and courteously.
Screen phone calls to determine who could best meet the caller’s needs and to avoid unnecessary interruptions of other team members.
Follow Yach's procedures for responding to prospective customers, including gathering appropriate information and utilizing company customer platforms.
Update customers continually during the repair process by using several tools including but not limited to: Phone, text, email, and other customer engagement platforms.
Coordinate the booking of appointments for estimates and repair scheduling working with the estimators and admin team.
Ensure front computer/office area is staffed at all times.
Help answer customer concerns or inquiries about repairs in process and if necessary direct to the appropriate estimator or admin team member.
Maintain industry and environmental training records.

Ensure cleanliness of office and customer areas.
Ensure proper maintenance of all office equipment, and proper inventory of office supplies and materials.
Perform typing as necessary.
Handle travel, sublet work, and advertising arrangements as directed by authorized office staff.
Process outgoing mail according to procedure.
File estimates in alphabetical order in the appropriate file.
Assist with the collection of appropriate customer signatures and authorizations, payments for repairs, etc.
Assist with bookkeeping or other administrative tasks as necessary.
Qualifications:
Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills
Must have graduated high school, received a G.
E.
D.
or equivalent
Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere
Required: At least one-year administrative assistant or customer service or similar experience
