We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Services Dispatcher to support our service operations.
As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing a 5-star experience to our clients while maximizing revenue opportunities for the business.
Compensation
The annual pay scale for this position ranges from $40,000 to $50,000, based on experience.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison between customers and service technicians via phone, text, or email.
Understand and document customer needs accurately and efficiently.
Schedule appointments and assign the most knowledgeable service technician to each job.
Utilize dispatch software to manage and coordinate tasks effectively.
Maintain a high level of organization in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of customer service experience in a related industry.
Proficiency in Office 365 (Word, Excel, Sharepoint, One Drive).
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Experience or exposure to plumbing, heating/cooling, or electrical service trades is a plus.
